Finally, a new design...
This CSS based design was tested on recent versions of Firefox, Konqueror, Opera and even Internet Explorer and has not shown any major flaws yet :)
Even Internet Explorer, known for its bad CSS handling habits, just made a simple error with the scalable network cable at the top of the page. I serve a special CSS file to all IE users to correct the errors Microsoft made. Isn't that friendly of me?
The definition of a minimum height seems to be a problem for more browsers - only Firefox has handled that well up to now. As the page remains readable, I prefer not to change / break it.
The old version of this page was fully w3c compilant, but only usable in Firefox; Internet Explorer placed every design element in the lower right border... which made it rather unusable. Opera made some minor errors as far as I remember. Mabe my code was crap, too. ;)
Even though it works, you should switch to Firefox if you are currently using any version of Internet Explorer - mainly for security concerns. Click the button at the bottom of the page.
